A Message to Abortion Supporters in Rockford.
The American Indians had a saying “Never judge a man until you walk a mile in his moccasins” Good advice.....
Some of the most judgmental statements we in the pro-life movement receive are from pro-abortion supporters that have never been to the abortion mill. They have never read the tracts of hope offered to an expectant mother entering the mill. They have never heard the sidewalk counselors calling out offers of love and support to the woman contemplating an abortion.
Some of our critics see themselves as middle of the road. Also some say “I’m pro-life but----“. Yet they, too, have not been to an abortion clinic to see what does go on at the place where babies are viciously slaughtered.
Therefore, all of these people get their information from the news, print and television, or some form of secondhand information. Not a good thing for any of us to do if we are seeking the truth. We at the Pro Life Corner believe there are some people of good will on all sides of the issue, but most of us can’t afford to take time from work to personally go the abortion clinic, to find out first hand, the truth as to what is actually going on inside and out.
At the Pro Life Corner we have recently made a commitment to making short videos bringing interesting facts, actual footage of events at the NIWC (Northern Illinois Women’s Center). A fellow pro-life citizen, who is a 15 year veteran of the movement, has put together this short video that he presents with love and concern to all who watch. It is particularly intended to those who see themselves as having the opposite point of view to ours. It is our sincere hope that this video and those to follow will help you the viewer to understand that the problem of abortion on demand is not as complex as some want you to believe. Simply put, babies die, mothers and fathers are wounded, families, and the future of our country are being destroyed.

It is home to one of the most notorious abortuaries in the country, set up in an old grade school. Owner Wayne Webster harangues pro-lifers with obscenities and uses every absurd tactic he can think of to intimidate the brave folks standing up for life at his clinic. Just the other day, the local radio station that Webster blasts outside the clinic to drown out counselors took a call from a pro- lifer standing outside the abortuary. The DJ was extremely supportive and began yelling "God bless pro- lifers!" on the air. Webster's response? He came out with a CHAINSAW, purportedly to drown out the DJ's voice.
Recently the boyfriend of a Rockford city council woman walked up to a pro-lifer outside the clinic and LICKED his camera lens in the middle of a profanity-laced rant. These bizarre antics show the twisted nature of the abortion industry -- and why it's imperative that we expose the reality of abortion in Rockford. Mon, 08/09/2010 - 6:19pm — Matt (not verified)Dear Friends of the Preborn, This past Saturday we had over 60 people picket the abortionist's residential neighborhood in Waukesha, Wisconsin! There was no small stir! Unhappy neighbors told us "you've been out here every Saturday for months!" Actually, it was only our third time since May (it just seems like every Saturday, as the Lord multiplies our efforts). Another neighbor told us however, "I didn't know there was a murderer in our neighborhood." He thanked us for being there; walked with us; and even argued with some of his neighbors about our presence there. This picket was announced publicly and press did show up. The very next day, Sunday, August 8th, more than 60 people picketed the abortionist, Stewart Kernes, church in Mukwanago, Wisconsin! He attends the Unitarian church which meets at the United Church of Christ. This caused quite a stir! This was NOT publically announced. Mr. Kernes now has to wonder - "where will these people show up next?" The campaign will continue, and will intensify in the days ahead. Below is a story from the Waukesha Freeman newspaper which ran before we showed up on Saturday.
