A Post-abortive Father Tells His Story

Rockford Artist Uses Truth, Goodness, and Beauty To Combat The Ugliness Of Abortion
The human intellect can come to a knowledge of the True, (what is) and the Good, (what ought to be done) and what is Beautiful: "Beauty is the glow of the true and the good that flows out of every ordered state of being."   Our lives are meant for truth, goodness, and beauty.

Rockford artist Joseph Nicosia has been praying at Rockford's abortion mill for a long time.  He brings with him some of the beautiful portraits he has created of our Lord and His Blessed Mother.

These wonderful pictures created out of the love of Joseph for God and children in the womb stand in stark contrast to the oppressive ugliness of the Rockford abortion mill where 50,000 children have been killed.

Many years ago before Joseph had a relationship with God he was involved in the decision to abort a child.  Thankfully through the grace and mercy of God the the truth, goodness, and beauty of the Christian faith produced a profound conversion in the heart of Joseph.  Now Joe can be found sharing his love for Jesus Christ in countless ways including spending hours in prayer at Rockford's abortion mill and using his talent to glorify God.

Hundreds of women have seen Josephs beautiful art work being held by pro-lifers on the sidewalks in front of Rockford's abortion mill.  It is this writers opinion that God has used the truth, goodness, and beauty in Joseph's art to touch many mothers hearts at Rockford's abortion mill.

Police Arrest Image of Jesus
The painting of Jesus Christ is one of the many paintings that Joe has done to help enhance the prayers of the Christians gathered at the abortion mill.  But it was also hoped that an abortion minded mother might dissuaded by the image of the loving face of our Savior.
Please note the video you are about to see was not shot in a communist controlled country; sadly, it was done right here in the center of the USA, Rockford, IL.  Truly a sad commentary on our times.  To our knowledge, Joe’s painting was never returned to him.
