Keith Sterkeson has gone from drawing pictures in junior high school mocking our very overweight algebra teacher to being verbally and physically abusive toward several girlfriends and exgirlfriends and allegedly a child or two.
Keith Sterkeson is BEYOND foul-mouthed and his verbal poison is BEYOND ANY remote pretense of hiding behind our Constitution's 1st Amendment Right To Free Speech.
"Why" this "man" has NOT been prosecuted for DISTURBING THE PEACE at the least and HATE CRIMES at best is BEYOND ME.
For the record, I DON'T believe in abortion because abortion IS the INTENTIONAL AND DELIBERATE KILLING OF A PREBORN BABY, HOWEVER I AM BEYOND SICK AND TIRED OF BEING EXORTED, EXTORTED AND DEMANDED TO PAY FOR ANOTHER'S STUPID BEHAVIOR AND LIFESTYLE CHOICES - NOT WHEN WORKING POOR SUCH AS MYSELF AND OTHERS SEE DAMN NEAR 50% OF OUR HARD-EARNED PAYCHECKS BE TAXED, TO SUBSIDIZE THOSE THAT REFUSE TO CONTROL THEIR BEHAVIOR, EXERCISE BETTER JUDGMENT IN THEIR FAMILY PLANNING AND ACTUALLY CONTRIBUTE TO SOCIETY AND LEARN AND KNOW WHAT IT MEANS TO BE A RESPONSIBLE STRUGGLING CITIZEN THAT CONTRIBUTES INSTEAD OF TAKES!

I'm BEYOND sick and DISGUSTED that RESPONSIBLE, RESPECTFUL AND OFTEN PEACEFUL CITIZENS ARE DERIDED, CUSSED AT, THREATENED(WITH DOGS, WITH POLICE, WITH WEAPONS, ETC).
I'm BEYOND DISGUSTED that DECENT folks ATTEMPT to STAND UP FOR LIFE AND RESPONSIBLE MORAL LIVING to have objects thrown at them, be cussed at, flipped off, given the middle finger, be yellwed and cussed at like a wild savage animal.

I'm BEYOND disgusted at being told that individuals such as myself who do EXACTLY what society DEMANDS of me yet on the other side of society's mouth citizens like myself are DEMANDED AT THE THREAT OF LEGAL FORCE TO SHUT THE **** UP AND ALLOW FILTH SUCH AS THIS VIDEO PORTRAYS TO CONTINUE ABSOLUTELY UNABATED, UNCHECKED, CONDONED, EMBRACED AND TOLERATED!

I've heard numerous rumors in and around Broadway and the [abortion] clinic that Mr. Sterkeson is still hanging around and/or still verbally assaulting both peaceful, respectful abortion protesters as well as private individuals coming onto/into the clinic parking lot area. "Why" the city of Rockford and/or the Rockford Police Dept thus far has NOT publicly BANNED Mr. Sterkeson as a CONTINUAL NUISANCE/SAFETY PROBLEM is beyond many folks; myself included. Again, I do NOT know or claim to know Keith Sterkeson personally; however, I had remember Keith's antics from junior high school onward sufficently enough to know that something like last winter's poisonous diatribe outside the Rockford Womens' Clinic was almost ineviatble. Mr. Sterkeson is like 99.999% of humanity in the sense that he is 100% able-bodied and reasonably able-minded and knows exactly what he is saying and/or doing. In other words, Mr. Sterkseon is 100% PERONALLY IN CONTROL OF BOTH HIS WORDS AND ACTIONS AND HAS MADE THE FREE-WILL CHOICE AND FREE-WILL DECISION TO CHOOSE THE WORDS HE DID AND HE CHOSE TO ACT OUT AS HE DID IN THE VIDEO, PERIOD!!

This disgusting video so clearly screams, in such an obvious and pathetic way that if it wasn't Keith Sterkeson in particular, it'd be someone else just as pathetic, sick, twisted, disgusting and offensive. Again, folks, exactly when did those of us who actually contribute to society, produce both what is needed as well as wanted and pay MORE THAN OUR FAIR SHARE, and we CHOOSE to live within our means, when did WE become the "enemy" and WHY do so many folks CHOOSE to remain like sheep concerning issues like this?!? Exactly what plans to be done by ANYONE - City of Rockford legal staff, police, sheriffs, St. Thomas More Law Society or the Catholic Diocese concerning the likes of Keith Sterkeson? I ask because, objectively, it's only going to be a matter of time before an individual such as Mr. Sterkeson vebally assaults or threatens or "sics" his [pet]dog on another private citizen and that person or person(s) either retaliate in like fashion or worse.

Yes, free speech is allowed in the USA, but that does not give someone the right to yell FIRE in a crowded building unless there really is a fire.  Alderman Elyea apparently wants to supress pro-lifers free speech by use of her bubble zone.  Pro-lifers have the right to offer a woman true choice-the choice not to kill her baby.,

May we suggest trying to use the abusive vile language the assailant used on the pro-life Christian cameraman on a person of the Islamic faith?  Moslems do not take kindly to anyone denigrating their religion.  They would not turn the other cheek.

What we find most disturbing is that you do not find Mr. Sterkeson's words disgusting and vile.  It is obvious that you have no knowledge of what really goes on at the Rockford killing center; for example, Mr. Sterkeson had been coming up to the abortion mill harrassing the pro-lifers for months prior to this incident.  We cannot say what his intentions were but the end result was that he was interfering with the pro-lifers rights to free speech and assembly.  Mr. Sterkeson had a right to come in amongst the pro-lifers and peacefully and quietly show his opposition.  What he did was beyond a protest; it was an attack.  That is why the pro-lifers attorneys are looking at legal action.

If the comments made to the cameraman were to be made to an honest policeman the assailant would find himself on the ground, arrested (probably after a trip to the ER) and thrown in jail.  The actions of the assailant should not be tolerated in a civilized society; his is not freedom of speech, it's a verbal assault.
